Adjacent to the main farmhouse at Grove Farm, Grove Farm Cottage is a beautifully converted old milking parlour and is available to rent for holidays and short breaks. This 2-bedroom cottage is equipped and furnished to a very high standard, and can sleep up to 4 people. It is perfect for families, the extra facilities of cot/highchair available at no extra cost.
Downstairs there is a spacious living room, with large flat-screen TV/DVD with Freeview, with a selection of books, magazines and games. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob. Leading from the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer – this room is large enough to store bikes, golf clubs or wet walking gear. There is also a small WC and shower room.
Going upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom has a superking size bed, or can be twin bedded if required. The second bedroom is twin bedded. The bathroom has a large bath with shower attachment.
As is expected at Grove Farm, you also get the ‘little extras’ – homemade cake on arrival, fresh flowers, Wifi – all at no extra charge.
Also included, bed linen and towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toiletries and toilet roll.
