Terms and Conditions

Arrival and Departure
Rooms will be available from 4.30pm. We may be able to make rooms available earlier in the day by special arrangement, please ask.

We would appreciate guests checking out by 10.30am on their day of departure.

Deposit / Cancellations
A deposit of £20 per room will be taken upon booking. Deposits will be non-returnable if cancellation of the booking occurs within 7 days of the expected stay.

Methods of Payment
We are able to accept cash, cheques and most debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron and American Express) for payment.

Smoking
Grove Farm House is a non-smoking premises.

Travellers with restricted mobility
Due to the age and nature of the construction of Grove Farm House and the building’s listed status, we are unable to offer accommodation and facilities to suit the special needs of those with restricted mobility. We apologise for this and hope you understand.
